PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. YOU ("CUSTOMER") MUST AGREE WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT.

The term "Software" means morComponents MToolBar component and all whole or partial copies of it - Java classes, Java source files, documentation, image files and related licensed materials.

1. License to Distribute.
The Customer is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Software for the purpose of developing applications which run in conjunction with the Software.
The Customer may install one copy of the Software onto a hard disk or other storage device of up to a number of computers not exceeding the number of the purchased developer licenses.
The Customer may make one backup copy of the Software, provided that this backup copy will not be installed or used on any computer.
The Evaluation version of the Software is for evaluation purposes only. In this case the Customer
is NOT granted any rights to use the Software for the purpose of developing applications.

2. Restrictions.
The Customer may not:
1) use, copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as provided in this Agreement;
2) reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate or discover the source code of the Software except as specifically permitted by law without the possibility of contractual waiver; or
3) unless otherwise specified herein, sublicense, rent, distribute or lease the Software or any part thereof, to any third party.
Furthermore the Customer agrees not to permit distribution of the Software by end users of Customer applications.

3. Exclusion of other warranties.
Except as provided above, the Software is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Author does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Software.

4. Limitation of Liability.
The Author will not be liable for any economic consequential damages (including lost revenue, profit or savings), or for any indirect, special or incidental damages that may be caused by downloading, using or inability of using the Software, even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
